Looks to me like someone is having a laugh, but then again there is a serious side to this someone is obviously pretending to be Tony which is wrong and Im sure is illegal (using the special reserve e-mail address is).
Unless of course it is Tony, but using a hotmail address? Seems odd to me.
I say the person who did it should come forward, you can be traced and coming forward could be a wise move.
