Neither Ninty nor Sega invented the analogue stick... it had been implemented in arcades far far prior to the Saturn.
The Saturn is the first home console to have an analogue stick on it, beating Ninty by over a year.
Sega cannot have copied ninty, seeing as ninty didn't even invent it to start with!

Nintendo released the design of the 3D stick before SEGA, SEGA copied i read about it ages ago.
Shigsy is king he saved Nintendo, he married RPG's with Zelda, he invented platformers, he makes ace racers i.e. F zero and Wave Race, he has designed world re-known characters and right now he's helping make 30 games.

He's very senstive on two points.
Say that Nintendo invented the analoge stick and you get a lecture about the Saturns 3D pad. :-D
Also, he doesn't like how Miyamoto is proclaimed the god of games design while Naka and Suzuki get relatively ignored.
He slates the Gamecube launch games are little more than he should (yes, there's nothing that completely blows the Xbox and PS2 away yet but the titles are still strong enough to provide serious competition) but I don't think he's gone as low as Turbonutter did. :-D
Still, even Turbonutter didn't manage to completely hate Nintendo. He was a Pokemon master you know, caught all 150!
He accidently let that slip while forgetting to be biased.
When he realised what he'd said, he followed it up by saying that it was the ONLY good Nintendo game around but he didn't fool us... ;-D
