The GC version of OoT has never been released, so I guess that's why it's like that. Maybe.

Indeed, they are both good but I think the first one is a shade better, even if it is incorrect about the UNRELEASED ZELDA GAMES...that should be fixed! Unless SR are bargaining on selling it to people that never owned an N64, but i think that is quite unlikely!

I like them both.
