Many games have been released throughout 2001 , and its been a sucessful year. Theres been many very good games this year, and quite a lot of not so good ones, but wats your favourite this year? Or is there any games u bought thinking they were going to be good , but turn out to be quite rubbish....

Hmmmm... all the missions are very samey, the game is way too easy, and there's little originality or variablity

Tough call! In all honesty, there hasn't been all that many games this year... just wait till the console battle heats up next year!
As for Game of the year, it isn't out here yet, but Halo is such a superbly crafted game. It has a multiplayer mode better than Goldeneye, with up to 16 players in the same room at once (4 consoles and tvs needed!), it has a brillianty balanced weapon selection (not only can yyou only carry 2 guns at once, but it's no longer a case of starting with a pistol and working up to a minigun... the pistol you start with is as good as the RCP90 weapons you come accross later- each with their own unique pros.), oh, and every level has a great setup and story behind it.
(I haven't played this, but every review of the game I've read says this... and gives the game near top marks! It really is genius!)
