I accidentally signed in on my girlfriends account (Her username was in instead of mine) and I saw an unread email. Thinking it was mine I read it however it was from a friend of my girlfriends and the original email my girlfriend had sent was about her having doubts about me and milling over breaking up with me. I am seriously gutted.
I thought things were going really well and she tells me how much I mean to her and then she does this. I think she is going to break up with me and I dont know where I stand or what I can do to change anything.
What shall I do?

In your position I would, As beards said, be truthful, tell her what you did. Then talk about it with her. Ask her why she's 'doubtful'. You never knoow, you might be avle to sort something out and still be together...
I dont think accidentally reading an email is THAT bad, anyway she went behind my back to someone else instead of talking to me about it. Do you think she would talk to me if she wanted/needed to?
Well, you can either sit there and do nothing, try and talk to her about it without saying what you've done, or tell her what you did, explain that you're utter **** for doing it, and talk to her about it.
That might make her doubt me even more though and pressure her to make a decision. I dont want to lose her but I dont want to be in a relationship where she isnt sure.
