I think it's a Donald Love mission. Not sure which one but I think it's his 1st mission.

If you haven't unlocked Donald Love then I'm not to sure how to unlock his missions, I was just driving around and noticed that the was an L on my radar. Didn't have the faintest idea where he came from!

Yep that's the last mission for Ray and you've gotta get him to the Airport on the 3rd Island, have you unlocked this yet (Shorevale)?

If you haven't then I think you'll need to do some other missions until it is unlocked and then you'll be able to complete it.

Try zooming out abit once you've shot someone and then move the sights. The movement is alot faster the further zoomed out you are.

As Longy said, take the 2 guards out at the bottom of the stairs, zoom out and then zoom back in at the top of the stairs working your way to the right of the ship.

Good luck and no it isn't the last mission on this island I think there's 1 or 2 more to do! Plus the phone missions, Marty Chonks is very easy so you shouldn't have a problem.

Yes, on the other corner from Joeys i.e. turn left when in front of Joeys, cross the road and you will see a phone box. This will ring during the day, go to it and you will get missions from marty chonks. The other phone missions are from the diablos in hepburn heights, you will be paged when the missions start.
