"Oldies?"

I know my obsession of a new 'group' or 'character' nay be infuriating... it's just the regular system... I don't think it does the job.

You see a new generation of people have appeared... sure oldies like me, Strafex, Turbonutter etc... are still around but are they really the same as the newer regulars? I'm just wondering if we should create a further addition of regular... not Notable for thats to do with popularity... but like a golden oldie (although Notables are golden).

Imagine if you've wrote X ammount of posts X amount of words, Won X games and been around 720 days or something. Those that have been here a long time.

It gives people the incentive to stay.

You can tell I'm bored.

Good idea. I saw Dringo pimping girls to other members last night, I would have done a citizens arrest on him but I didn't have my handcuffs on me.........

A Police force is what we need.

what it is, is you people who've been here for ages think you deserve something more for being loyal. but what difference would it make. would having your name in bright yellow text really make your life better. we're just here to chat and have a laugh at life, games and everything, not create a 'virtual community'.

maybe next you'll be suggesting we appoint a mayor and a police force for our little 'community'?

hah! I've been here longer than you.

I think it aint a bad idea, i have only been here about 370 days, but still i think you should ask SR...

To be honest, I don't like the whole ranking system at all, or having stats at hand. Makes the place feel like a structured club and no matter what people may say, newbies are looked down on and that's not right.

You'll never know how many people come here and leave because they see it as an impenetrable clique. It may be none, it maybe lots, who knows. What is the point in having this back slapping system where we reward people for volume of posts regardless of content?

I've been here over 865 days, but I won't go into all that again;)

Some oldies, like Locky, are old and don't win aything:D Your just rewarding people because they joined earlier, not for merit. Is that right?
