Right, those darn dirty idiots keep signing up on my lovely forums run by probably some of ya mates from SR. The thing is, I can get their IP and ban it blah blah blah, but everytime you log on it changes anyways so that don't matter.

The thing is, I want to add something to the page which finds out there full IP code including what company they are with so that I can report them. I've got one on my homepage, but the little sods go to the forums by just typing in www.viewandplay.co.uk/forums rather then going via the homepage.

Darn fools. Any ideas?

Right, another post about my 'lovely' forums. I've found this hack and people have got it to work blah blah blah, but for some reason I don't really understand it to be honest and I sure as hell don't know what it means.

I've inserted it all and uploaded editprofile.php, but when I go to click on there names it says there is an error on the second line down.

Space after /forums/

I'm hoping my main man Rob will be willing to help me out on this one. What do you have to insert into the template?

Not necesarily. It's a dynamic IP address and it may not always be assigned to AOL.

And.. no. I don't want to come on MSN :) I haven't booted Windows in 14 days now (linux) and I really don't want to install a crappy port of crap software which I hated in the first place.

Right, through amazing skill and a bit of help from MS Dos Prompt, I was able to discover that the little a*s* is on AOL. That means, letter to them. Just need to find out their e-mail address now....

Probably not, but those ***** are pi double s ing me off and if you basically mailbomb there ISP then they'll take notice.

Well, if there is nothing you can do then I'll just have to use some 'devices' to break all their fingers.

Come on MSN TBN, I haven't spoken to you in agggeeeees.

Well in that case you need to find what host was using that IP at what time. I should think it would be quite difficult. Anyway, I really don't think that their ISP will care much, but you never know.

Ok, the forums are XMB and I have access to all their IPs, but it only shows me there code e.g 64.5.42.54 (Made up number) When I'd like it to tell me who there Internet Service Provider is, so I can send them an lovely e-mail telling them what those **** are doing and then see what they do about it.

I've got a webtracker on my homepage, but like I said they just go directly to the forums. Oh well, I doubt anyone will know what to do...

You mean "host name".

You need to whois their IP, or log their hostname instead of IP. Not sure how to do either, formerly because I don't know how, and latterly because I don't know what your forum's written in, or how you're logging IPs.
