I'll just name the top 2 for each console

NES - Mario 3, Probotector
SNES - Supre Metroid, Mario Kart
N64 - OoT, Mario 64
GC - (Too early to tell, really) SSBM, Mario.

I can't be arised to list them all- there's way more than 15- I've been a Ninty since the NES, so there's so many amazing games that I could list.
