I import games, but chipping and importing are totally different. I have an American PS2 and a PSXchange kit which allows you to play NTSC games. Importing means the companies get their money, where as piracy is copying.

Now, as for finding a good place to get chips, go to your local independant games store (ie, not EB or GAME), and ask them for advice.
