I import games, but chipping and importing are totally different. I have an American PS2 and a PSXchange kit which allows you to play NTSC games. Importing means the companies get their money, where as piracy is copying.

Look, as I pointed out in my piracy topic in Prime, chipping is currently legal because it can be used to import games.

Now, as for finding a good place to get chips, go to your local independant games store (ie, not EB or GAME), and ask them for advice.

my ps2 is too valuable to even get a scratch on it, let alone a chip.

although it is not good to chip ur playstation2, i do understand why people want to, also it does have advatages such as playing games before they come out, in the long run people who chip there playstations are the losers, because u have a whole bunch of playstation games which u did not spend much effort or money buying, slowly slowly u stop getting into games as u would if u bought them and this just kill the all the fun. trust me i've had experience with previous consoles. plus properly games look and feel better that cheap expendable copies.

What Ahser really means is HE won't get anything and he will then be forced to 'experiment' with his new flamethrower on you.
