Sorry nothing too interesting here, just a query really :)

When you guys edit posts, do most of you edit it more than once, such as two or three times etc, or is it just one edit, bang, sorted?

Random question I know, but it makes perfect sense to me and that's all that matters :)

There are indeed, can't name any, as I don't actually know what they are called myself :)

Probably more than once if there's spamming involved, or to keep things up to date, as Biggie mentioned.

I can remember when I updated the "Congratulations You're A Winner Thread" with about 2 months worth of winners and you thought I'd gone mad until you realised what I'd actually done :D

That's the only other persons post I've edited, the rest of the time I've just deleted entire posts / threads that were spam

When I edited - I triedto do it all in one go. Saves time and effort :)

But occasionally, well, you spot the odd error in your correction and have to tweak, but I try to avoid that.

Hope that helps

[s]Hint to mods: keep clicking the edit button, don't actually do anything, and submit. Rinse and repeat until you get bored. :)[/s]

I edited a load of threads in the review section quite a lot recently because of all the 'stuff' going down. But normally if I edit a post it's only once. :)

The question was mainly aimed at you, as I was wondering why I was getting like a million notifications coming through in regards to the Wii thread one :D

That would depend how many times it needs editing ;)

On a serious note, it depends what the thread is. For example, the Wii Friends List in the Games forum and things like that need to be updated, and seeming Bullett isn't around anymore, i'll do it in the future. If it's something like a review in the wrong section or a review that has been found to have been plagiarised, then only once.

Hope that answers your question :)
