"Transformers - Less than meets my arse!"

Can you imagine how chuffed I was when I walked into WH Smith's yesterday and they had the Transformers movie? I've been looking for this everywhere and now I finally have it. The last time I saw this I was about 8 and it remains one of the treasures of my childhood. But I was disappointed. It was all going smoothly, all my favourite characters were there, Spock made his appearance as Galvatron, but then some 'genius' had the idea to introduce a race of mock medieval robots. The idiots! they were so annoying, I had to fast forward them bits. I don't care how much of the plot it ruins, I refuse to watch robots from the middle ages. I made my girlfriend watch it as well. I think she was really impressed by how many of the characters I could name.

I suppose the spelling of the universal greeting is quite important, cause if it's not spelt or said correctly you could end up offending an aggressive robot, which wouldn't be nice......if you were a cartoon robot that is.

Congrats to the people who arguing over the boo granny weep thing. You have replaced a certain member of these forums as the saddest people I have ever known. ;-)

ok so you MAY be right about the "Baa weep granna weep ninny" but it is NOT bong its bomb or bahm..and as soon as i get my dvd back i will watch it with the subtitles on and i shall prove you wrong and laugh and laugh and laugh...

transformers is great

i loved it when i was young and plan to get it on DVD some day.

LOTR rules though.

Transformers? Oh god no. Looks like you'll be single in a hurry then. Go and watch something good, brilliant,superb......LIKE LORD OF THE RINGS! It even has a comedy line. Thats a line, not lines. WE wouldn't want to laugh too much.
