We may not know about their crew, and we may not know what they do, but soon we'll find out, for So Solid Crew are to feature strongly in the next Metal Gear game, Metal Gear So Solid.

MGSS will be set in the jungle. The Urban jungle, 'cause So Solid are down with it on the street, yeah! All of the 23 members of So Solid Crew will feature in the game, though the majority of the game will have you in the role of MC Megaman, the entreprenuer and lynchpin of So Solid. You'll have to locate the other characters and take advantage of their special abilities, including:
G Man - who keeps the Crew together with everything fair and true.
Asher D - who is the wickedest lyricist
Harvey - who hypes the crowd and makes the ladies scream
Mac - who spits the maddest thuggish lyrics
Face - his lyrics are powerful and dangerous
Skat D - his beat flow and melody tones
Mr Shabz - has futuristic beatz for the streetz

Using these special collegues, and the other band members you must perform a number of tasks including:

Punching teenage girls in the face.
Waving a replica gun around in the air.
Standing in a large group, looking menacing.
Attending Top Of the Pops, and learning some real fly dance moves.
Infiltrating concert venues, and clear the way for a performance.
Master 'garage' by visiting many dark car parks.

There are also some special timed challenges, in which you must get to a target location in 21 seconds. In the game there are 23 of these, on for each member, and you will have to perform the task to the sound of one of the raps.

Feature the attitude and tunes of So Solid Crew this game is sure to be wicked, and dangerous, and remember kids, So Solid Crew are proffesionals, and anything they do within the game should not be attempted in real life, especially wearing big puffy jackets and using 'street-slang'.
