I reckon that we should have a report forum. I reckon that the Reporting hyperlink should be an E-mail based thing but you don't send your name. People who have been reported and for a good reason too should then be banned from every forum except the reporting forum. Then they have to explain why they did this on a post. If there is no explaination or it isn't a proper one they get banned fully. Please think about this. If more than 2 people have reported the same post then they should be banned anyway.
