The "Freeola Customer Forum" forum, which includes Retro Game Reviews, has been archived and is now read-only. You cannot post here or create a new thread or review on this forum.

The new system allows customers to submit their own guides to the website to aid other users and potentially win prizes for helpful submissions.
You are also now able to make give your opinion on current guides by voting whether you found them helpful or not or by adding comments.
If you feel something is missing and would like to request an article, you are able to do this. The request is then made available to Freeola staff and other customers and could then be written for you.
To add to this, there is now a search function on the right hand side of the help and support section which allows you to search the Knowledge Base and forums for any help that you may need.
At the moment the guides in the Knowledge Base are related to Freeola's services, although it should expand in the future to cover a broad range of technical subjects.
If you would like to add to the Knowledge Base, articles do not need to relate directly to Freeola's services to be submitted and technical articles on other subjects (for example games consoles and website coding) are encouraged.
To make a submission, you will need visit the Knowledge Base and click the Write an Article button on the right hand side of the web page.
We have a lot of ideas for future improvements to the Help & Support Centre and Knowledge Base, so hopefully this is just the start.
In the mean time we want to start getting some awesome articles written (which as Dean mentioned can be related to pretty much anything web or tech now).
All approved submissions will be in a with a great chance of winning a £30 Amazon voucher (or a game of your choice), plus we'll show your name as the Author and let you know how helpful your article has been (with a new voting system) via the Knowledge Base Overview page in MyFreeola.
Lots to read! :¬)
Freeola seems to be going from strength to strength at the moment :¬)
[s]Hmmm...[/s]
It is a vast improvement on our old system, and a lot of effort has been put in to ensure it is viable going forward.
Don't forget to check out the updates in the GAD Query thread in relation to this change.
Well done to all
