i used to have Iss 98 for the n64, does it have that great arcade playability? what percent would you rate it out of 100 please let me know

96% It's that good!
97% because it is an improvement to the dissapointing ISS and its just the best footy game in the world as most reviews say.
ITs not an arcadey game like the N64 ISS games.
This is much more realistic and harder game. You may find it very hard to get into if all you are used to is ISS on the N64.
I started my ISS life on the N64, thought ISS 98 was a great game. But then i played ISS pro evo on the Playstation, and saw clearly that it was a much better game than the inferior Nintendo version.
It depends on how much you like your football, if you are a hardcore fan then you should like Pro evo on the PS2, as it is a truly realistic simulation of the game of football.

I agree with you, especially if you compared it with those from FIFA 2002 aka nightmare creatures LOL!!!

Personally I would rate it at 95% becasue it simply kicks behind.
pro evo would definetly get a percent better than fifa
