I was just wondering if you could give me the following info on the 0800 access to it

1) When is it coming out?

2) How much will it cost?

3)Will it offer all the same features as standard freeola such as free web space etc

Thanks for your time

Dunno.

2) How much will it cost?

<£14.99 if they've got any sense

Maybe, maybe not.

We are still negotiating deals for better prices and so have no definite prices/dates. As for services it will be mostly the same but web space will be limited in some form to stop people just uploading hard drive backups.

If you are able to create this new dial up service, will it be available to everyone in the UK??

Also, do you think that it maybe up before the end of Jan??? Just asking as I'm planning on the Freeserve Anytime deal, and as it is one of those 'minimum of on year' things I thought I'd see if yours was gonna be available before the Freeserve Half Price sign-up deal??

Tell us what you'd like to see from this service. If you're using a current 0800 service tell us about the best bits and worst bits.

Do you want 24/7 or just evenings and weekends?

All your comments are very welcome and will influence the service we release.

Regards,
Danny

I use World Online.

Good points:

Reletivel cheap
Fast at times
Connects first time

Bad points:

Low ping
Randomly kills client connections (but not PPP connections)
Unreliable for games and streaming
Evenings amnd weekends
Recently imposed 2-hour cut off

I'd expect 24/7 access for £12.99, that seems the standard. Please, no cut offs and also try and keep the connection stable.

Rob, low pings a good thing mate ;)

Anything better than BT, ie. first time connection, stable, and no 2 hour cut off if possible :)
