Perhaps the bad wording, 300 posts, 10,000 words OVER A PERIOD of 21 days, it should be 300 posts 10,000 and a minimum of 21 days registered.

What uis the relevance to the post title?
It's easy to get 300 done in 21 days, it eqautes to about (It is less than) 15 a day.
