1. The three eldest beacons of Middle Earth being 'Eilenach', 'Amon Din'and Min-Rimmon.
2. Ivren is in fact 'Ireland' being the middle-earth name of the Island in ancient times-as described by J.R.R Tolkien in 'the history of Middle Earth'.
3.Iris is in fact a colouful flower, which Frodo and Sam found growing in Ithilien.

Suppose I am a geek too, although my mates havent a clue that I like LOtR in a big way. Would you tell your friends that you can recite verses etc as you sit in a pub?, Thats a no-no.
