so gta3, the long awaited sequal to gta2. this is quite a leap for Rockstar, going from top down 2d to third person 3d, and they made the conversion brilliantly. the graphics are amazing and everything else is top-notch.

do you ppl think it is good value 4 money, or do u think it is a waste of time?

The way to find out what an opponent is shooting is simple - kill the git and he will drop his weapon. The mafia primarily use shotguns and as was stated earlier if you get 3 or 4 guys shooting at once you get a huge amount of damage in a short period therefore - KABOOM

I think the mafia use m16's. These blow up cars in seconds when your using them, but get 3 or 4 mafia people shooting at you your talking nearly instant car blow ups.

Yeh, I think when I get a bit of time, I will start again and do everything in order so I can have the satisfaction of completing the Game fully. But with SSX Tricky, Devil May Cry and World Rally Championship waiting for Xmas it could be some time in the New Year. I think I will settle for getting all the packages, jumps and rampages done this side of Xmas.

I'm having that problem to. I just skipped all of the the phone missions and went on and beat the game but now when I go back to complete the missions I end up with two hundred people wanting to kill me. It kinda makes the missions harder to do but it gets your kill count up there.

I thought the same thing, it must be the rocket launcher or grenades becuase there seems to be no warning noise, you just blow up.

I did that mission whilst still on Portland and yeah I know how much a pain in the *** the Mafia people can be!

I dunno if they are using rocket launchers but Jeez they can really waste you with just one shot!

You have to be very careful as to the order you do things, one of the missions i need to complete is the fourth mission for El Burro, collecting the trail of porn with the van. Only problem the mafia hate me and every time i venture into St Marks i get blown up.
