I was just moving the camera as I walked Jak about, and the PS2 seized up and the screen went blank. Shame, it was looking like a good game as well.
Very strange. Haven't got time to try it again, have to get back to work.
Also, who was it that was saying that the XBox will crash as it's just a PC?
Looks like the PS2 may be more PC like than you'd like to admit....

Yeah, but you said it while I was typing it - and you weren't as polite. (No change there, then! :-)

Posting it everywhere

Will, with respect, there's no need to post this in every thread - if anyone has cheats, they will post them in the thread you created.
Posting it everywhere won't get you the cheats any faster, and will only serve to make people annoyed at you, and we don't want that, do we.

no

I dunno... ignorant as usual! ;-)

It's bloody annoying, I'll grant you that - but most of the developers seem to be doing it lately.
The GT3 demo gave you enough time for 2 laps, then went on to the replay.
The FIFA & TIF demos only let you play one half of the match.
J & D times out to a blank, black screen.
And there are several others too. I find it extremely annoying, and I was *very* happy when I found out that there were no limits on the Dropship demo - just the training levels and one full mission.

If you read the small print in the mag, you'll see that the

Ah! I see.
I didn't read the mag, just chucked the DVD in and away I went.
It did say on the screen to reset the console after the game, but I didn't realise it timed out.
That's a weird way of giving out a demo though, surely? I would have thought that it would be better to give the whole of the first level, or something.
Anyway, my mistake. Sorry all!
