"Scart, Black and White Picture Question"

I have a flip lid PS2 and on one of my TV's at home the picture is black and white when playing any import games, I guess this is a 60mhz signal being reproduced on a 50mhz TV ?
I'm not Mr Technical on TV signals etc, any ideas or suggestions ? or is there a lead that would convert the signal from 60mhz to 50mhz ?

I give up on most of my games. Got about 55 now. Get them, play them for a day or two, forget them, get another game, play for a day or two, forget, get another...

Ah well.

I continue to play them if theyre good. Like DMC2 and Def Jam Vendetta and Pride FC and stuff.

It's quite good isn't it, not a Mario beater but nevermind, I read it is getting a UK release this summer in one of the mags recently. I only paid £16.99 for it from newageconsoles.com, they have some older Jap/US games at baragin prices.
