With regular household objects.

Ingredients:

1 600ml coke bottle (or whatever's handy)
1 bottle top for said bottle, complete with hole made by Bradawl
Several Aerosols - Deodorants, hairspray etc.
Lighter

Heres what you do:

Spray lots of deodorant into the bottle and screw on the top.
Cover hole on the top with your finger and shake vigouously.
Have lighter ready to go.
Take away finger and light the lighter in front of the bottle-top
Squeez the bottle applying proper pressure to give different concentrations of flames

And there you go!!

note: this is safer than an aerosol alone, and gives more of a blowtorch effect.

A NEW IDEA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Spray lots of deodorant/WD40 on a CD (pick up a free AOL CD from any shop that has them) and set it alight.

Throw it for an unreal tournament like flying disc effect, only with added flames...

Heh, I used to dip the tops of paper aeroplanes in WD40, set them alight then throw them at cars. The police chase we had after a few days told us to never do it again...

i must say thats not a very good design. I have built a number of flame devices using copper pipes. A small lenth of copper pipe is stuck to a bit of wood so you can hold it. Then place can so is fires into the tube but leave a 1cm air gap. Put another bit of pipe round the main bit (a large bit) and make is further foward,

WD40 works well. IT is a liquid though and can often act as a simple napalm. Certain spray on glues burn very well and often stick. Lynx burns too fast and witha blue flame which is nearly invisable to the naked eye. Often cheap brands of deoderant from like safeways work best.

Hmm think i got carried away. Well i guess you know what i do in my spare time now.

Think you'll find it's just kerosene and styrofoam :)
Soda is used as an ingredient for other types of high explosives.
I suppose by adding salad cream you could make a sticky bomb.

(Ahhh, the joys of growing up in Northern Ireland).

If you take the head from an action man figure you can use it to make a mini flamethrower. Use the original flamethrower to melt it slightly first, to give a softer, easier squeezing action.

In my opinion, the ISP is the best I have ever used. They guarantee 'first time connection - everytime', which they have never let me down on.

Over the years I've become very jaded after many bad experiences with customer services, you have bucked the trend. Polite and efficient from the Freeola team, well done to all involved.
