Looking at the sentence structure of both posters, and the layout of the posts, and the precise 2-3 minute gap between each response, I would say that....

I am the Tarrant = Your Honour.

But he's bored and talking to himself.

Anyone else think that?

Get a room would ya?

Like a couple of women, "Ooh lovely and then I saw Beryl."
"Did you?"
"Yes!"
"How was she?"
"Not bad."

Sheesh

True, Hollywood would probably mess it up, but I do think that they could be made into some fantastic films. I don't think there are actually any actors that are good enough though, to be honest.

Although when I read the books, I always have this image of Sean Connery as Zedd.....

Aye, but nevermind - books are always going to be better than films.

Can you imagine the abomination hollywood would make of Wizards First Rule?

I didn't really know what to expect, as I haven't read the books at all. But a film that has a main character called Harold, and a Ronald and Donald in it as well does have some comedy value.

But I was still disappointed. There were some good bits in it, no doubt - the ginger kid was quite funny. But at the end of the day, it's a kids film.

I did think it was a bit long though. And the "big showdown" at the end was too short. I think they should have cut some out of the middle, and made the showdown at the end a little longer.

However, one thing I am worried about though is that the Harry Potter books are quite short, and the film is 2 1/2 hours. LotR is a LOT longer, yet I imagine the films won't be much longer, so they must be cutting a lot out :-(

Yes, I can imagine a somewhat hmph-esque response.....

all I can say is that the books are far better and infact the film is far better if you've read the books (although you get disappointed slightly still, it at different things)

You should've read the book........

DMC IS going to ROCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Glorified hack 'n slash? So what? Bring it on I say!

Big stylie shooty bang bang game, plus its kind of a cross breed of Survival horror and action shooty bang bang game.

English? A more accesible, highly playable survival horror that won't make you shout "hurry up you retarded donkey" at the screen all the time! (as I've been known to do)

But still, each to their own....

I think I read a review of new Bond that said it was mediocre at best, but still "opinions are like voices we all have a different kind"
