No chance. I've been waiting for this game since I first heard it was announced, just the thought of fighting around the huge and detailed jungle environment is enough to get me excited, and the multiplayer should be good too because the demo kicked ar$e.

Oh yeah, I too am looking forward to Halo and S.T.A.L.K.E.R, but unfortuanatly, Halo may not be released until winter and STALKER won't see the light of day until 2004!?!?!?

Nah forget Vietcong, i can't wait till S.T.A.L.K.E.R comes out! or even Halo. I can't actually get vietcong anyway as i'm totally skint! i would like it to see what it's like though.

Hmmm, I have both games and to be honest I couldn't really compare them. Rainbow 6 is all about gritty realism, with much better A.I. and better implimented team combat, although it can get annoying sometimes. I'd say Delta force is the complete opposite, with crap A.I. naff team combat but tonnes of highly enjoyable, mindless fighting. I couldn't really say which one I prefer though.

Anyway, Vietcong is out this Friday, and if it's as good as I hope it will be, that'll be my favourite Tactical Shooter.

Well i just bought it yesterday for £3 and up to now it's not bad! I prefer Rainbow Six 3: Raven Shield more.

I think the multiplayer sucks balls, too boring and it just doesn't compare to Battlefield 1942, the greatest multiplayer game ever created.

Yep, great but too short which is a shame because the other, slightly more mediorce Delta Force games have always had plenty of missions to complete. Not enough time spent on the minigun of the blackhawk either.
