"Dreamcast seeoff"

I bought a second hand dreamcast for myself a while ago but now own a PS2 and plan to buy a Gamecube.

I keep looking at the little white box of tricks which didnt really see much use and have thought to myself its needs a good send off, for this reason i have decided to purchase a few A-class titles before i pack it up and replace it with a gamecube.

All i wanna know is from all the DC owners, what titles should i get, these are the ones i had in mind...

Crazy Taxi 2
Shenmue 1 or 2
Sonic 2
Virtua Tennis 2

Damn right it's no GT3, it's far superior in every aspect except the graphics!

It's actually fun from the start, rather than having to do millions of races where you can walk faster than the actual car you're driving....

Don't worry, I had a quick play on M:SR on a pod in Game when it was released. It's certainly no GT3, but it was quite appealing.

But that doesn't change the fact that I can't afford it this side of Xmas. :-(

Seriously Wookiee, it's well worth it!

With the DC being so cheap, and shops selling the games off at ridiculous prices, you should get one quick before they all go!

One word of warning, don't get M:SR if you expecting a Gran Turismo clone...

I have to admit, I've been tempted to get a DC with M:SR, but I've had to stop myself.

Xmas is approaching - I can't add it to my Xmas list because there's already lots on that, and I can't buy it myself because (a) I have other people to think of, and (b) there are several games I want for my PS2.

Ho hum. Maybe in the New Year...

Get Metropolis: Street Racer, it's fantastic!

Jet Set Radio is a cool game. It's tricky to master, but it's one of the most original games ever.

cool, i may look to pick all these up second hand as buying them all new will cost a bit and considering the console will be packed away soon i cant see the point of shelling out too much. Jet Set Radio is a great game and i forgot about it, i think thats a deffo purchase ! Cheers mate !
