I dont seem to be able to select my prize car from races I win, I have tried both pressing X and L1 but neither seem to work. Also I am only getting the Tickford car on the last endurance race. Has this happened to anyone else?

As far as "types" go, there seem only to be 2. Poly 1s and Poly 2s.

However there are more colours. PSM2 claim there are 6, and apparently so do other places. However, I do not believe this, as I have 7 different colours. I also won another - but didn`t save. There was also yet another colour that I raced against in the F1 championship.

This suggests there are at least 9.

it is a Polyphony 001, and its Black, what other colours are there? I know that there are 6 different types of F1 car, but do they come in different colours?

Well done! Its brilliant when you finally get it, and realise just what the game has to offer!

>After 10 attempts!

That has to be a record! Has anybody else managed to win that race 9 times without an F1 car?

>It is so much better than any other car!

It certainly is! Its only weak point is the test course, as it lacks the top speed of cars such as the Toyata GTone, the Mazda 787B and the Vipers etc... Apart from that, it has the best acceleration and handling, making it ideal for most courses!

Do you know if you got a Polyphony 1 or a Polyphony 2? Also, what colour was it? I`m asking because I`m still trying to figure out how many there are, as I`m guessing there are some I still don`t have.

It works, but its risky. Sometimes your car has an accident, and ends up going the wrong way. If you get it set right, it should be alright though. The only other thing is that its slightly slower that way.

thanks for the tip. I also heard that if you tape the analogue stick to the right slightly and put an elastic band around the X button, you can just leave it, and it will do the race for you! Weather this works or not is another matter.

9 times! Thats bad!

One thing though is that you said it takes 1hr5mins. With the amount of money you`ll have earned from those races, you could easily afford something quicker. 150,000 for winning? + 375,000 for selling the Tickford`s? Do that 9 times, and you can afford any car in the game.

If you choose the Excudo Pikes Peak, you can just press X constantly, and occasionally steer a little bit. You don`t need to pit, and the walls will make you corner, and it only takes about 45 mins.

even so if it is random, out of 9 attempts to get the same car out of four possible cars is quite annoying only getting the same car
