OUCH! I just made my knee do this really nasty cracking sound:S I felt it building up to a crack as I went to sit down. It felt like a nail was being driven in behind my knee cap and being filled with liquid then when it cracked i felt like the liquid SQUISHED everywhere...Anyway I just thought I'd give you a body update for no reason....does that happen to any of you?

Big deal, I dislocated one knee, then hyper extended it later (about two months later) and at the same time as i hyper-extended my knee (a week ago) i dislocated my thumb and tore the ligaments. Compete with that!

You know what, we should have visual and audio faetures for this topic - there's nothing like the sound of a slowly cracking knee.

I crack my knee all the time, on purpose, hurtslike hell, but is fun.
DO it to my flingers all the time, as I can bend them about 120 degrees further back then I'm supposed to...

Once, in school, I had to help carry boxes of paper from one room at one end of the school, to a room at the other...

So, I decided to pick up two boxes, which sounds light, but is bleedin' heavy! I got 3/4 the way to the paper's destination and my arms just felt like they were going numb...

Luckily my brother was nearby to grab them off me for when he did, all strength in my arms disappeared and I found it very difficult moving them.

It sounds painful, but it was fun lol.

If I'm sat on the floor and I stretch my legs out while yawning, and can feel at least one of them almost coming-loose from the hip-joint, with extreme pain!

It hurts like hell, and I often do it without meaning to.
But once I stop stretching, it's fine.

My arms also click if I get up in the morning, and stretch my arm muscles after a hard day at work, the day before.

My ankles also click all-the-time.
They do it with every-step I take up the stairs!
I also can't straighten my foot out smoothly. It seems to jerk quite awkwardly, for some reason...

I should probably go see a doctor....
