Sadly previously on MTV Five announced the'r split! Think back to the days of... Slam Dunk Da Funk and If u got the Feeling and now it is all gone! And not long ago there was Let's Dance and 12345 all gone! They sadly announced their split and went home in separate cars! How do u feel?

My fellow posters, we have witnessed a tragic event. The life of the pop group 5ive has come to a premature and sad ending. Formed a long time in a pop svengali's audition room and named after the number of people he picked, 5ive were part of a great vision, which entertained the people of the world.

Last Month at twentyone hundred hours I received news from my NME that 5ive had perished. Their demise may rock our foundations, it may destroy the hopes and dreams we live on, but it can never take our freedom. We shall endure and we are stronger. Praise to 5ive. You will be greatly missed. It's a difficult thing, to say goodbye but there comes a time in every person's life at which you must say goodbye and live for the next day. Take it one day at a time, and it gets easier.

I know, I've been there. Waking in the middle of the night and realising that 5ive were gone. The slow agonising withdrawl symptons. The bitter tears and pain. The agony of giving up. But it gets better, slowly. The scars heal with time and you move on, I have.

5ive will live on in our hearts and minds. Think of the good times; remember those crazy antics!

With lyrics as memorable as those, who could ever forget the fun they brought to the world. And the let's dance video.. a post-modern take on the meretricious aesthetic of the pop video; 5ive hit the nail on the head with an insightful and often moving video. I will never forget Jay's words.. but I can't remember them just at the moment.

5ive put a smile on our faces. Let's keep that smile there and carry on, just as the memories will: in our hearts.

Americans damn them all. I was over there in half term, and I was trying to find out whether some music DVDs were multi region. None of the shop assistants had a clue.

A while ago I found Five's latest album lying on the pavement, This CD brought me plenty of joy from the second i flung it high into the air to the second it crash landed in the middle of the road. As you can see I'm a real five fan :-D
