Please read through the thread; I'm just picking up on previous comments about copyright and the interpretation of Freeola's rules.

That sounds rather different than to what's laid down in the quoted Freeola's rules!? - i.e. It states 'permission'...
Having 'permission' sounds right otherwise people could be rewarded just for Cut 'n' Pasting! (as well as creating possible copyright issues).

I've been told that users can submit content from other locations if credit is given to the original author.

I can't change the rules. As far as I'm aware, there is nothing wrong with this review.
If I'm wrong, well alot of the 'rules' need to be changed, as it's misleading to new users, and is confusing to moderate.
