I had a screamer 60mm...it's now sitting in the drawer next to me, too damn loud. Got a few antec fans in there now, controlled by a 12v-0v-7v baybus, nice and quiet (and looks very nice to boot). Switched it for a 60mm Thermaltake, with a super SK6 heatsink.

Very boring nokia style case for this box, one sprayed yellow for my gateway...this one is being replaced for an antec at christmas, along with a few mods..still thinking about the best combination to use.

I don't really have any special top spec (expensive) case because i like to mod them myself and cut holes in it, at the moment i have a full tower case with 2 80mm fans in the top, 2 80mm fans above my cpu, 1 in the front of my case and a slot fan, i am going to put a window in it next month,
My rig is an Asus a7v133 raid, 1.4 ghz 266 mhz cpu at 1.6 ghz running rock solid (had it on now for 5 days ripping and encoding dvd fims to divx, had it booting at 1.8 but had windows protection errors (i am going to try a motherboard mod to raise the voltage of the cpu) 512 mb sdram, my cpu heatsink and fan is a fop32 heatsink and a 80mm screamer fan (68.5 CFM)with a copper shim and arctic silver 2 paste that keeps my cpu at between 40 and 45 degrees i have never seen it go higher.
carry on posting guys this is interesting we can swop idea's.

Hm, he beat me to it. Ah well, another reboot awaits...I'm sure there's a conflict with this somewhere, I can't run it at 1400mhz (as it's meant to), have to drop it to 1050...gah, I'll flash the bios tomorrow.

Heh, the xbox wouldn't give you nearly enough control.

Yes, in a big way mate, having some grief with my XP1600 at the moment (damn copper channels under the L1 bridges), but I've got a duron 750 running at 952 (I -will- get that past 1ghz with some voltage upping) and I'm trying to pick up an old T-Bird.

Modding? Hell yeah, got a new baybus today, 6 switch, blooo LEDs - case and some mods for christmas. Speak to Whooo too...good to have another hardware person around.

WAYHAY! FINALLY!!

I'm an overclock and a kind-a case modder. What case have you got? Anything nice??

I'm the proud owner of a currently standard except baybus Antec SX1030B.

As for overclocking, I've had my 750MHz t-Bird AXIA at 1250 before now! Usually run it at 1GHz though.

I don't overclock my PC but know a few who do. Do you think that it may be possible to overclock the X-Box, it might need a bigger heatsink but suely it would be possible?
