For no particular reason I have the urge to list the reason why I often end up bashing by PSone/TV/GBC/PC while playing games such as Pokemon [NOT pikmen, that is a great game on the GC], Digimon[for those of you who don't stump to my spurts of idioticy, the poor mans Pokemon], and Neopets.com.
10- You have to raise stupid little creatures with stupid names. Pikachu, Hairathumon, Garrrrrrrrrrl.
9- You have to put a riduclose smile on your face and be incredibly happy whenever you beat the game.
8- You have to be called something stupid. Ash, Tai and Hojirimaga.
7- Little kids hammer on about how wicked it is all day long.
6- It's main point is to go around pashing up other Mon's, when the game is aimed at children. Often scenes where your kid bashes up another kid because they've been playing on a game and he/she lost.
5- They ARE crap and have very little plan in thier follow ups.
4- have you seen the amount of half rate products they FORCE you to buy? I've spent at least Ł500 on Pokemon cards for my collection.
3- The mons are do stupid things and learn stupid attacks. Use Spin Round Attack!
2- They are brainwashing us.
1- As pointed out in ish. 40 something in N64, the Pokemon are going to exterminate us and their gang leader, Ashes Pikachu, wants to kill us.

Pokémon would be better if:
They were more detailed.
The toys did more stuff than just buzz and say "Peek achoo!"
The cards were worth something
The 'mon didn't make such bayish noises
The framerate in the cartoon wasn't so slow
The jokes in the cartoon and films and games weren't so last-century. It's cliché galore.
