You're missing the point. The games are identical, and SR are a games retailer, so using the same reviews is completely acceptable for them.
The fact is Kyz22 wrote the review for one version, won a game, then posted the exact same review again (without even changing 'Gamecube' to 'Xbox') in an attempt to win another game.
He posted the exact same Mortal Kombat review twice on different dates too.

Still cheating though... He copied from another review, sure it was his own but he still used it
