Well its only a matter of days away and thanks to SR i will be getting this great game come friday, so who's getting it?, it does look like a genuinely frightening game, and the graphics certainly push the ps2 to the next step, plus the DVD extras, it will be great, post here how your doing when you get the game so we can help each other out during the course of the game :-)

Got the game this morning!!, gonna have a game of it now, cheers sr!!, i'll post my impressions soon!

Any one going to post any thoughts on the game as this is the Offical thread. Or are you all playing Pro Evo instead? I watched the trailer for it on the extra DVD with SH2 and it looked good. I wont get it though as I am not a footie fan but, I do know it is the best footie game out. So dont hate me for not having it :)

Has any one play it yet. I've watched abit of the DVD and found that on the main menu if you press right or down(when main menu is highlighted) it will highlight the face and it will be an interview with some bloke about the Castlevania series. Also dont watch the making of Silent Hill 2 as there is spose to be spoilers in it. It does warn you at the begining that it is advised to complete Silent Hill 2 first. So far I have the gun and have got into the Apartment. Iam finding it a good game with some excellent graphics. At one point I was in a corridoor running up behind a enemy and my shadow moved according to the light and went from being behind me to the front in the movement. That made be a little bit on edge as I thought it was another monster coming up behide me. The diffculty options are a good idea as at the moment I have both set on to easy. On easy you still get a ton of monsters to fight. At the moment I am a little stuck but have to do some Uni work now so I will take a break from it and play another hour later on. I've already done 1 hour of game time so far

I got it this morning. Nice package. Which sticker did every get as you got 1 of 4 stickers. I got the one which is in balck and white with a corridoor with Silent Hill spelt out on the floor and a bloke probably James at the other end shining a touch down the corridoor. And then a Welcome back on the front aswell.

How come you get all your games so early??
