I think Van Damme would be great for that part. He knows martial arts, he looks like Solid Snake in a way, and he is one of Hollywood's best action stars.

No some film movies are cool. Think goldeneye. (alright the film was out first, but throw me a bone)

anyway mgs IS a film already. They even have hollywood people working on the game for the US.

And before you laugh, just think of all the roles he's already done where he doesn't actually look anything like himself, (dark hair and unshaven look, etc). He's a damn good actor. Anyone see him in Snatch?

It could *only* be Kurt Russel - the voice, the appearance, the actions... the character of Snake could easily have been designed for him.
