Probably. They actually make the Gamecube disks aswell if I remember correctly.

So they'll charge you for the little plastic memory card bit. And then charge you LOADS for the actual memory card bits!

Yeah, but you need an adaptery thing to use these new cards don't you, because they are the 'flash' memory cards, like the ones you use for digicams and stuff... so they won't fit in the normal mem card slot...

Nintendo like to be annoying and greedy!

Like they release the crappy small memory card to start with, then soon after bring out a much bigger sized card for almost the same price. Thus causing people to have to buy lots. No doubts they'll get round to releasing it sometime after all these new people who are buying Gamecube's due to Zelda's release have bought the normal bog standard memory card!
