I'm watching the ITV2 one, which is just the whole episode, with no Martin Bashir in the background I think. I'm not sure. Anyways, it's on at 10.30 I think.

It's only obvious he's cheating because you have been told he is cheating. You wouldn't notice he's cheating if you didn't have Martin on the voiceover saying exactly what he's doing and explaining to you.
Also, the cough soundtrack has been isolated - the cough wouldn't have been that obvious on the studio floor.
I think it was actually quite subtle and clever so far.
