On Fallout 2 you can travel to a small village where you meet a young woman. Talk to her for a bit and you'll be treated to a more 'adult' part of the game, before marrying her.
Then you can do various things with her:-
A) Take her into combat and have her killed.
B) Sell her as a slave.
C) Kill her and then go and tell her father to make him have a heart attack.
D) Pimp her (A personal favourite).
Or you can just have a bit of 'fun' with her. Ahem.
