There is this guy in my highschool who has always had a history of being well strange and now he has crossed into a new realm of insanity. In the past he took a wazz while sitting in Home-Economics, been involved in a twisted love triangle with the two worst looking girls in school and he's failed almost all his classes. Just to make things worse however he came into school today wearing a plastic like black jacket down to his ankles like a really cheap version of what Spike wears in Buffy. It is terrible! He looks like he is wearing a bin bag or something. Does anyone know any freaks like that in their school? (I know this isn't relative to FOG but meh)

If you are a guy who is sure of his sexuality then there is nothing wrong with dressing up as a bird (as long as you're drunk or trying to win prizes). If you think it is gay they you are either a Nazi or teetering on the edge of something that I have forgotten the word for.
