Officially the best thing I've heared for ages and I've used the phrase in various different situations 4 times today.

I laughed at my friend when we he saw a fluffy dog toy that was all skanky and he said there was a dog like that near him..

Oh and when he told me that his neighbours nicked his cat then moved :oD
