Oh dear oh dear what a problem Nintendo's line up seems to have:

Gamecube:

Sonic Heroes (brand new Sonic game)
Sonic Adventure DX (Exclusive)
PSO 3 (exclusive)
Billy Hatcher and the Giant Egg (Exclusive)

Note: All games being made by Sonic Team

PS2:

Sonic Heroes
Vectorman(exclusive)
Headhunter: Redemption (exclusive)
Altered Beast (Exclusive)
Virtual Fighter 4 Evolution Greatest Hits
Virtual On Marz (exclusive)
Dororo (exclusive)
Kunoichi (exclusive)
NCAA College Basketball 2K4
NHL 2K4
NBA 2K4
NFL 2K4

X-box:

Sonic Heroes
NCAA College Basketball 2K4
NHL 2K4
NBA 2K4
NFL 2K4
SEGA GT online (Exclusive)
Otogi Myth of Deamons (Exclusive)

GBA:

Sonic Pinball Party (exclusive)
Sonic Battle (exclusive)

From the above line-up everything looks heavily depressing for Nintendo. Only 4 games and PSO 3 and Billy Hatcher is the only game that is new and not multi-format. And Sonic has seemingly left Nintendo!

But is this really the whole picture? What has happened to the Virtual Fighter RPG game? Where's Starfox Armada? What about Super Monkey Ball 3... and not even a whisper as to what the Jet Set Radio developers are up to on the Cube...

Will there be surprises?

Yeah I know, they said it was still in the works, but more combat orientated - thankgod, hopefully it should be better than the travesty that is Shenmue.

Shenmue? That's what it spawned from, ditched the established characters to give them more freedom with the story.

Ever played the series? Fantastic games, does something from a great height on the EA equivalents.

SEGA?

I have one of their games. And plan to get SOAL.

Thats it.

Oh dear for me.

Still, I think they probably are doing more than this.

You do realise that, that is probably not the entire list of games at E3 made by Sega for, that's just the ones they've announced so far.

Oh and Monkey Ball 3 is being made, it's just not far enough along to be shown at E3.

No, he said he meant to put in F-Zero, but Nintendo are showcasing that.

Exactly.

You want Basket Ball, get NBA Street or whatever.

If you want American football, get Madden.

EA, Activision (and other multi-format developers) make far better sports games.
