Does Dreamcast count as older? It isn't made anymore after all. It has to be the best for MSR and JSR. Not to mention Virtua Tennis.
The N64 is second best. It had Goldeneye. Had the DC had a few less quality games then it would have been the greatest ever.
But then the Spectrum had Dick Tracy...
