The reviews are good but not great (it reminds me of Midtown Madness on the PC - which isn't a bad thing) but I must be the only person in the world who doesn't own GTA3 or Vice City and it looks so similar to those games but obviously with different gameplay.
I would welcome any new good racing game but have my doubts, prove me wrong please....

That is a problem, especially on the mroe difficult and complex races. Because you can take any route to the next checkpoint. It usually takes a few (or more!) attempts to get the best route, even without considering short-cuts.

It's worth it though!

I played this on a pod in Game last Monday. It was fun for a while running down the pedestrians, but I was bored after about 10 minutes.

But to be honest, it was visually impressive, and I suspect the reason I got bored was because I had no idea of where I was supposed to be going - an instruction manual would probably have helped a great deal!

This game is really growing on me....

Spent ages on Saturday racing against Dice, finally winning 1 race to discover that there's another even more difficult one. This is a tough game!!

Although the first guy you race in Paris is quite amusing......

The crashed aren't as good as Burnout 2, but there is a lerge fun factor here, even if it does get a little frustrating!

The races are really something.

"Argh car! Noooo, going to hit building! Smashed through window! Where am I! Argh jump! Falling! Rolling! Turbo! Crap, wrong button! arghhh!" Etc.

I got it today, and at first I wasn't keen. But after a while you really appreciate the way they have set the handling up. At the moment, I'm enjoying this better than Burnout 2.
