The pedestrians occasionally shout lines from Village People songs (listen carefully)
The door on the car doesn't shut if you drive off before you close it.
The Banshee in the show-room next to 8-Ball's place.
The massive slow-down jump moments.
When it gets dark, you can see your car turn its lights on.
People going into sex shops.
The radio stations are, I think, what make the game. Favourite by far is Chatterbox, I've parked and listened to it for several minutes on end. Genius.
The drive-by Uzi thing.
Any more I may have missed? A mate says you can bounce the Yardie cars, but I've not seen this yet. Enlighten me, chat-a-holics.
Its just something PS2 owners made up...

(I'm not jealous, honest! :) )

I wouldn't normally say this as it's quite a cheesy thing to say, but it really is worth buying a PS2 for. It completely caught me by surprise, and that just made it seem all the more enjoyable. Possibly (and I mean possibly) the best game I have ever played, and one of the only games I've played to actually make me excited to go home and play it. Sad? No. Just excited.

Again?

The 'slo-mo' pickups that make everything including the sound go in slomotion, great for shootouts.
Shooting as many policemen as you can before an FBI truck runs you over.
Using the Juggernaut at the docks to pull off the special slo-mo stunts.
Getting your car really damaged, then nudging a police car with it and running away before it blows up taking the policemen with it, then stealing the police car and driving it into the river.
Using the dogfood compound to avoid chasing police cars and lowering your wanted rating.
Finding routes from A-B that involve driving on anything but the roads themselves.
Using the remote control buggy to blow up the Diablos' cars, making the grade, then using the remaining time to blow up police cars.
It's enough to make me want to join my local neighbourhood watch.
=B0p
Oh yeah, in Shoreside Vale there is a mini-game by the 'fudge packing corp.' (!) - by Cochram Dam. It tells you to get all the cars on this list but I can't find one - the 'BF Injection'. Does anyone know what this is? Thanks.

Its really cool on top

Humm...that's a great idea to heighten my criminal rating from Cleaner.
