Dude your totally wrong, Game are not a Franchise there all run as a large group of stores.
And is it robbery you ppl are talking about or software theft i.e piracy?
If you see spiral marks on the underside of a PSOne game disc, then you now know where they came from.
One day while I was on my lunch break and the owner was looking after the shop A guy managed to steal 5 ps2 memory cards and 2 games.
Out of principle, I would justify stealing from Game, but not Gamestation. Game is a dirty francised place that is totally overpriced, Gamestation sells discounted games and try to give the customer a better deal. It isn't fair to steal from them, it is on terms with robbing a charity shop or something.
He managed to get into the shop window to get one of them, and climbed over the counter for the other, both during opening hours!
After the way the company have treated me, I find it rather amusing.
No need for guards really.
Say they get paid £15k per year for saving £500 (or whatever) worth of games.
Silly really. The shops should fire the guards. And the CCTV equipment...
