Well, it's not that old. Heck, you wrote it one the same day it was posted, unless I'm on a different wavelength here! Anywho, my favourite (escuse the spellings) game from each console shall be listed below.
PC: Unreal Tournament - Excellent shooting action combined with a need of skill makes this an excellent package and the £9.99 Game Of The Year Edition makes this even more attractive to the buyer.
Playstation: Final Fantasy 9 - Last game I brought the PS1 and it's an absolute cracker too! Had it not been for the FF series, we wouldn't have the great games we have today.
N64: Goldeneye - Mr Bond is here for another outing of blood, sweat and blood as he has to fight through many large levels, ending with a shootout in the cradle against 006. Closely following is Perfect Dark.
Dreamcast: Shenmue - Amazing and emmersive RPG gameplay makes this a must have to buy. Spawning 3 discs (and a special bonus disc), this will keep you entertained for hours on end.
Sorry, I can't do PS2, as I don't have one!
Firebalt.
You can play a grown-up version of this.
A mate stands in the middle of the room.
You all file past and take turns to slap him/her round the face.
When he/she has had enough, they punch the next person in the face.
