He just gives you a or should I say he shows you a certifercate saying you cought all of the pokémon or something like that.

In my opinion this longest thread should be called the "WORLDS DEADEST THREAD" Sorry pokemon its just the way it is.
I think this topic would have done better if it was still in the game forums that went months ago now.
