This is a question thats been asked quite a lot over the past year...

However, since I swapped my originality for the new Michael Jackson Album... I thoght I'd ask the question in a festive manner...

What are SEGA owners up to this Christmas? ... Where are Dreamcast owners going now?

Are you intending to grab those last few Dreamcast releases?

Are you intending to get your grubby mitts on a PS2/GBA/etc...?

Or have you been so disillusiond by the who affaire that, after the Dreamcast gasps its final breatyh, you intend to leave consoles and gaming alone for a while?

or are you intending to do something completly differrent? ...

Shenmue 2 is in Japan.

Shenmue 2 is coming to Europe.

Shenmue 2 is not being released on Dreamcast in America.

Shenmue 2 is coming to X-Box.

Sega think X-Box will not be popular in Europe.

Hence the release. But we're definitely getting it.

And so will I.

Not really sure what else to do though.

Thats seems a little unusual?

I dont want to sound too pessimistic! :) ...

And I also know no facts...

It just seems that it would be more trouble to convert it to all the European Languagees, than it would just to English...

And that a game that sells poorly in America is still going to sell more copies than a game that sells well in the UK?

I Dont really know though :)

The only country it isn't being released in is America, it will still be released in the UK. The reason its not coming out in the US is because there putting it straight onto X-Box because they beleive it will sell better.

I THINK anyway. Thats what I heard in the DC forum.

Yep.

Sega of Japan and Sega of America don't see eye to eye on this, the game got released in Japan, but they can't be bothered to convert such a text and speech heavy title to English, as the original didn't sell too well in America, and many Dramcast owners have already jumped ship.

Over the years I've become very jaded after many bad experiences with customer services, you have bucked the trend. Polite and efficient from the Freeola team, well done to all involved.
