...a Mr. Whoopee? And where do I find it?
I need that and a Trashmaster to complete the list for the Import/Export warehouse at Portland Docks. I've seen a few Trashmasters, and I'm assuming a Mr Whoopee is something like an ice-cream van, but in all the hours of play, I've not seen one!

In Portland there was a mission you had to get a Mr. whoopee and use it as a bomb. It is a ice cream van which is easy to spt when you see it as it looks like a ice cream. Dont know where you get them from. Try looking in warehouse type places.
